Industrial router manufacturer INSYS icom is launching a new range of products at SPS Smart Production Solutions in Nuremberg in hall five at booth 232 on November 26 – 28 2019. The new MRcards, plug-in cards for the router series MRX, and data logger function for the icom Data Suite software join a large portfolio of INSYS icom products and services.
Alongside its extensive range of VPN routers, IoT gateways, managed services (device management, VPN service, M2M SIM service) and application software, INSYS icom is preparing to launch its new range of router plug-in cards and data logger software function at the annual event.
The new range of four MRcards offer extra functionality, including Fiber, Wi-Fi, Multi-I/Os and LTE/serial, to INSYS icom MRX modular routers. The MRcards enable fast, cost-effective updates for industrial routers to meet future standards, including fiber optic connections, long-range networks (LoRa) and Wi-Fi.
INSYS icom is also presenting its new data logger function for the icom Data Suite software. The data logger function allows INSYS icom industrial routers to record machine data, save it and export it as a CSV file. With this new capability, data logging can be bundled together with gateway functions, and can help reduce costs. The new feature is particularly beneficial for small scale applications that do not require a complex internet of things (IoT) cloud connection.
Three INSYS icom partners Rhebo, the leading European provider of industrial security and continuity, com2m, designers and developer of IoT applications, and CDP technologies, control system specialists, will also be attending as co-exhibitors at the INSYS booth.
“The new MRcards allow us and our customers to future proof modems and IoT gateways with new functionalities,” Sun Spornraft head of market communications at industrial router manufacturer INSYS icom.
“IoT is more widespread than ever before and our new MRcards are perfect for businesses looking to start their digitalisation journey or taking it to the next level. We also want to show attendees that embracing IoT is simple. For this reason, the IoT QuickStart Kit, which we first launched at the Hannover Messe, will be returning.”
“This IoT QuickStart Kit offers all the necessary components for a quick entry into the world of IoT industrial applications. Meaning that visitors to the INSYS icom trade fair stand will be able to experience a live demonstration of how an IoT gateway can be put into operation in just a few minutes, and how quickly industrial IoT can become reality for them.”
Customers are also invited to book a meeting with INSYS icom at SPS Drives by contacting business development manager, Kristian Haizmann, by emailing [email protected] or calling +49 941 58 692 476.
