~ TFC makes its debut at ADIPEC ~

Visitors to the TFC stand can find out more about Smalley wave springs and how they can lead to space savings of up to 50 per cent, while achieving similar force and deflection to other spring products. Also on show will be Spirolox® retaining rings, a neat, cost effective alternative to traditional circlips. Applications for these products include ball valves, gate valves, coiled tubing, well abandonment tools, electronic chassis tools and scintillation crystal detectors.
“The Middle East accounts for a third of the world’s oil production and one-sixth of its gas, according to a report by British Petroleum (BP),” explained Simon Ward, technical manager at TFC. “Abu Dhabi is also home to 94 per cent of the UAE’s oil reserves.
