DELLNER BUBENZER ACQUIRES FRIMATRAIL FRENOPLAST @dellnerbubenzer

DELLNER BUBENZER Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of the Polish company Frimatrail Frenoplast S.A, which has 30 years’ experience and continuous R&D activity as a producer of friction materials for rail vehicles.

This is another great addition to DELLNER BUBENZER.”

For Frimatrail Frenoplast, this integration with a Swedish rail and industrial Group opens up new prospects. “Joining the

Frimatrail Frenoplast S.A. specialises in the design, development and production of friction materials used in industry, mostly in the railway sector. The company employs 60 people at its head office near Warsaw, and the company’s products are sold all over the world. Frimatrail Frenoplast has obtained many quality and industry certificates, including IRIS, ISO 9001, and UIC.

The new company will operate under the name DELLNER Frimatrail Frenoplast S.A., and the focus for the immediate future will be on keeping up business as usual, supporting customers and integrating employees into the DELLNER BUBENZER Group.
