Distec has extended its partnership with Advantech to add the iHealthcare range to its product portfolio
20th July 2020 – Distec, the specialist provider of industrial, medical and digital technology solutions, is set to expand its range of medical computing solutions thanks to an extended partnership with global manufacturer Advantech.
Distec, an authorised Embedded Computer Channel Partner serving the UK and Ireland, will now offer the Advantech iHealthcare product range, adding to the existing Advantech product portfolio of Digital Media Players and Industrial Display Systems. The iHealthcare range has been developed in collaboration with international medical equipment manufacturers and system integrators, and includes a selection of high-performance Medical Panel PCs, Medical Monitors and Medical Tablets.
Product features include simple integration with existing equipment configurations, easy remote management capabilities, and IP54 enclosure, which provides protection from water and dust, easy cleaning, and added safety for patients and clinicians. Advantech also holds the most complete ISO certifications in the IPC industry and medical field, including an ISO 13485 certified factory.
