RK Rose+Krieger (part of the international Phoenix Mecano group of companies) have been manufacturing components for automation and machine building for over 40 years. As a company we are always striving to look for new ways to advance our products and have further added to our extensive range of lifting columns by developing the new telescope Multilift II. These columns have a closed height of 560mm and an impressive stroke of 650mm with a maximum lift capacity of 3000N per column. The guiding between the profile – important for stability – has been sized perfectly despite the stoke lengths and permits high bending moments for both static and dynamic loads.
This is currently the only one of this type of lifting column on the market and is perfect for workbenches and conforms to DIN EN 527-1:2011.
Also added to the range is the Multilift-II impact, an extremely robust column. It has an integrated damping system that is able to absorb high impact forces, such as those incurred when loading a heavy workpiece. This means that the damping system – currently the only one of its kind on the market = prevents any overload due to strong dynamic stresses, making the Multilift II impact particularly suited for the height adjustment of industrial assembly tables.
We now have also the Multilift II safety. This is specially designed for overhead applications in media technology. Its uses include the correct positioning of projectors and monitors where the lifting column is mounted upside down on the ceiling. A developed internal safety system prevents and accidental extension of the lifting column.
Finally, the Multilift II ESD. In the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing industry, electrostatic discharges can impair the function of components being assembled and even destroy them. Special ESD assembly workstations are equipped with an antistatic finishing that prevents this from occurring. Until now, lifting columns for height adjustment of workstations have prevented the safe dissipation of electrostatic discharges by interrupting the electric connection between the table and the foot frame. However, with the Multilift II ESD, RK Rose+Krieger has developed a patented electric height adjustment system that is able to dissipate voltages. This has been realised thanks to the design of the outer and inner profiles which are continuously in contact with one another.

Our tube connection system offers a cost effective solution for the positive and easily detachable connection of a wide variety of systems – without the need for drilling and welding. Depending on the application and expected load RK Rose+Krieger have tube connectors made of plastic, aluminium and stainless steel.
