Fixed focus lenses for close-up nuclear inspection

Manufactured to the highest quality standards from cerium doped glass, Resolve Optics Ltd offer a range of fixed focus radiation resistant lenses that can withstand radiation exposure of up to 100 kGy (100,000,000 rads) and temperatures up to 55⁰C without discoloration.

Offering a focal length of 6mm the Model 214 non browning lens delivers high quality images with minimal geometric distortion. The key features of the Model 214 are its 85-degree field-of-view and f/2 to f/16 variable iris control. Designed to provide uncompromised performance on 2/3-inch cameras – the 9 mm focal length Model 286 non browning lens delivers good image resolution and minimal geometric distortion from 400-750 nm. This durable lens has been specifically designed for radiation resistant tube and CMOS cameras and has an adjustable f/2 to f/16 iris.

Designed for use in low light areas the Model 313, a 25mm fixed focus radiation resistant lens, has an aperture of f/1.4 to enable as much light as possible to be collected and is also equiped with an adjustable iris to reduce light intake when required. The Model 313 offers high image clarity in low light environments subject to radiation.

Starting from these proven fixed focus lens designs – Resolve Optics is also to quickly design and produce custom fixed focus radiation resistant lenses fully optimised to produce the best results from your camera or sensor.
