iconsys becomes Danfoss Drives service partner

Systems Integrator iconsys has recently been appointed as a member of the Danfoss Drives Integrator Expert Program, the purpose of which is to enable Danfoss and its partners to offer enhanced services to new and existing customers, thereby increasing project turnover in key market sectors across the UK.

“The Integrator Expert Program (IEP) agreement we signed with iconsys provides us with the opportunity to address the needs of an even wider range of customers and to grow our businesses together,” said Alan Baird, Danfoss Drives UK & IE country manager. “I would therefore like to extend a warm welcome to the expert team at iconsys, which will undoubtedly be an important additional asset in our already successful program.”

The Danfoss Drives Integrator Expert Program aims to develop a common marketing strategy for Danfoss and the partner company, defining target customer groups, potential projects and providing common marketing operations. By working closely together the two organisations deliver even better value services to customers across the UK, in industries as diverse as metals manufacturing, automotive, marine, offshore, food and beverage, paper and board, FMCG and logistics.

As it does for all of members of its Integrator Expert Program, Danfoss Drives provides iconsys with a comprehensive range of products, backed by a wide portfolio of services and an extensive training programme. In addition, the agreement with iconsys gives Danfoss Drives the opportunity to participate in significant project deliveries in key market sectors.

“Joining the world-renowned team at Danfoss Drives is a wonderful boost for our expansion plans”, explained Cliff Sedgley, Production & Service Manager at iconsys. “As a member of the Integrator Expert Program we are ideally placed to expand into new markets with a strong partner by our side. We are now in an even better position to support products throughout their full lifecycle and to deliver services for complete systems, following a value-enhancing approach.”
