Servo repair specialist at Manufacturing and Engineering 2018

Servomotor repair specialist, Euroserv, is attending the Manufacturing and Engineering 2018 exhibition on 4 and 5 July, at Newcastle Metro Arena. The company will exhibit on stand A7. Specialising in supply, repair and service for industrial motors & servomotors, the show is a key opportunity for visitors to connect with the only servo repair company in the North East of England and plan for inevitable servo motor maintenance.

Maintenance is a crucial aspect of supply chain management and the costs involved in unplanned down time caused by motor or drive failures can be detrimental. Euroserv is welcoming visitors to its booth on stand number A7, not only to discuss the needs of any servo motors that need repairing or optimising now, but to plan for future maintenance.

“Many businesses are facing issues related to failed or demagnetised motors,” explained Allyn Richardson, field sales engineer at Euroserv. “Some may need a new servo motor which we can source, but for many, our services will return a motor back to its prime.

“We also have the ability to remagnetise permanent magnets back to full strength, or rewind motors to original specification based on the motor requirements. As well as exhibiting these services during the show, we will also explain how we test the motors after this optimisation, to ensure first time success when the part is refitted.

Manufacturing and Engineering 2018 will bring together more than 1500 people involved in the innovation and technological developments in design engineering and manufacturing across the North of England.

The event follows Euroserv’s recent recognition from two of the industries bigger players. Control Techniques has appointed Euroserv as its only approved repair centre in the UK, and Bosch Rexroth has appointed Euroserv as its first servo motor service point in the UK.
